The 2017 class is going to be epic there is no doubt about that. It is only July 4, 2015 and they already have a bevy of studs. They have 7 total commits for 2017 and everyone of them is rated extremely high and the latest commit is no different. In most classes this young man may be the highest rated recruit but because the class is so amazing he comes in 3rd so far. We are going to breakdown this newest commit but first lets hear from his own words his commitment….

Jake Moretti is a 6’5″ 285 lbs Four Star Offensive Tackle from Arvada, Colorado. Jake is ranked as the 56th best player in the country via 247sports Composite Rankings. Jake is a big kid who just finished his Sophomore year of High School he brings a lot of athleticism and toughness that Ed Warriner loves in a recruit. He has a long body and very little fat which works great in OSUs system. Jake was offered back in April and came out last month for a 2 day visit and to camp with OSU. He visited Notre Dame next before returning home where he made his decision to commit to OSU.
