Here we go folks the Buckeyes first game is right around the corner and today Urban Meyer discussed somethings in his press conference about Saturday’s game.

Braxton Miller met with Dr. Andrews today and scheduled to have his shoulder surgery done tomorrow and he will not be traveling with the team to the Navy game.
JT and Cardale have both responded well, both have been splitting reps all spring and training camp so they weren’t thrust into the position of being the possible starter. JT will be the starter if he does have some difficulties Urban says he can putting Cardale in. JT is Guiton-ish, business like.
Team Captains: Braxton Miller even though he is out for the season he was the highest vote-getter, Jeff Heuerman, Michael Bennett, Doran Grant, and Curtis Grant.
(side note) Congratulations to them.
Jeff Heuerman not at 100 percent but anticipates hes ready to go, Nick Vannet (TE) is another of the most improved group outstanding camp.
Left Guard position is still a battle not because of ability but no one has separated themselves. In that group is Billy Price, Joel Hale, and Antonio Underwood.
Center is between Jacoby Boren and Alabama transfer Chad Linsey
Second cornerback position opposite Doran Grant is Eli Apple and Gareon Conley, both will play.
Ezekiel Elliot is full go, Rod Smith and Bri’onte Dunn have had great camps. Warren Ball has a slight concussion. Elliot, Dunn, Smith, and Curtis Samuel all involved in kicking game and you can’t carry the ball if your not part of the kicking game.
Meyer was ask how ready are the Buckeyes.
His response “Pretty ready”
