While it was cathartic watching that game and exorcising the demons of 2005, it felt even better creating that video. I came up with the idea late in the game, as they just kept showing discouraged Texas fans between every other play. Every Texas fan I have ever met in person has been incredibly kind. Easy-going, joking and truly understanding of the "it's just a game" mentality. That video wasn't for them. It was for the internet trolls who didn't know when to shut up before the game and had never heard of the term "schadenfreude". Anyway, I'm honored that you recognize my work.
